Common questions
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are fully supported. Other browsers may miss video load, waveform, or export features.
Should I use the in-page timeline or the workspace day to day?
For web video, prefer the bottom timeline and side panel — more stable and higher frequency. Open workspace and storyboard desk when you need deeper review, AI fill, or full export.
How is the web workspace different from the extension?
The web workspace needs no install and is great for local video trials. Web video, in-page timeline, and side panel require the browser extension.
Do I need a separate download for the storyboard desk?
No. Switch to the storyboard desk inside the extension (or web) workspace; cuts stay synced. Daily breakdown does not require opening the desk first.
Do creator tools upload my files?
No. For example, the PR project downgrader runs entirely in your browser and never uploads project contents.
What is free vs Pro?
Breakdown, preview, AI (your own API key), WebM download, and workspace open/edit stay free. Copy, export, sidebar delivery, and workspace export are Pro with trial limits until you activate.
How do I install / update?
