If you do not want to install software first, and you only need to drop in a local file for frame stepping, Shot Detection, and storyboard work, use CutGo Studio on the web. No install, entirely free, no sign-in, processed in the browser. It includes a program monitor, waveform, full timeline, shot list, and Storyboard Desk. It is not a no-install timeline for YouTube or TikTok originals—those need the extension.

What to click
- Open CutGo Studio on the web.
- Drag a local video into the program window.
- Frame-step, set In/Out, run Shot Detection.
- Organize on Storyboard Desk. Optional AI Image Analysis with your own key.
- Projects autosave in this browser. Clearing site data or switching machines drops them unless you export.
