How to clip a web-video section and download a reference (MP4 / GIF)
If you need “save the range I marked,” CutGo can do that: set In / Out, then download that selection as MP4 or GIF (M4A for audio). It is a reference clip, limited to what the page can play. It is not a whole-video downloader and does not remove watermarks.
MP4 / GIF / M4A export in the extension is Pro output, with a trial. Use only content you have rights to. CutGo Studio on the web exports for free, local files only.
What to click
- Open CutGo Timeline.
- Mark In and Out; frame-step the edges.
- Export MP4 or GIF to download the selection.
- Finish the real cut in an NLE.
